Roy A. Barry began his legal career in New York in 1988 where he practiced commercial and consumer contract law, and civil litigation until establishing a California practice in 1997.
Mr. Barry has over 27 years of legal experience, and specializes in contested probate, estate and trust matters; conservatorship, and guardianship law; accounting disputes; title and leasehold disputes; business litigation; and all aspects of mediated dispute resolution.
Mr. Barry graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1988, and graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1985.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with minor studies in business and French language. He is licensed to practice in all California, New York and New Jersey state courts; and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; as well as the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Barry is a member of the California State Bar Association (Estate Planning Probate, and Trust section, Family Law and Litigation Sections), as well as the Orange County Bar Association, (Estate Planning, Probate and Trust, and Family Law sections); and the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association.  He is currently an officer for Upland Rotary, serving as the club’s secretary.  He is also a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and member of the Color Corps.
